- Michael F. Hughes & Associates is a 3 dimensional advertising agency that not only
designs and builds exhibits; but also has the capabilities to prepare pre-show mailers and
a strong advertising campaign that will entice your customers to seek you out at the trade
show.

Building exhibits, showrooms, and traveling displays are done using various materials
including wood, laminate, and steel, depending on your particular project. Custom crating
is done with felt padding, blocked and reinforced so as not to incur damage during
transit. All exhibits are built to minimize drayage costs.

- Before and after shows, all exhibits are checked for damage and an assessment is made
with a quote to repair it, prior to any work being done. Routine maintenance including
checking for hardware lowers the on-site installation cost.

- We can order all shipping and transportation to and from a show site. Whether it's
common carrier or van lines, we will track the freight to insure a timely arrival and not
miss a target date.

- Our staff can order all show services such as cleaning, telephone, electrical, etc. This
will give us direct accountability and free you up to concentrate on other things.

- We have a full compliment of rental components for use at trade shows all across the
country depending on your budget or if you have concurring shows. We can provide a
complete turnkey operation for you.

- Custom installation and dismantling can be provided all across the country. Our people
are trained exhibit personnel and not just chosen from the labor pool. This custom
installation reduces your labor bill.

- Your custom or portable exhibit can be stored in one of our warehouses or in virtually
any city depending on your trade show schedule.

- Looking for a low cost alternative to custom exhibiting? New Company? Small budget? Our
basic 10' package is $995.00 and can be shipped via U.P.S. All the panels are reversible
giving you your choice of two colors. Larger configurations are available along with many
options and up-grades.
